Highly-Rigid Structure

 

The Janome JR2000N Series Highly Rigid MechanismHigh rigidity is achieved by the base made of single aluminum alloy die cast and the column made of aluminum alloy extrusion, which has a highly-rigid cross section.

 

Clean Room Specifications

 

Clean Room SpecificationsThe base and column are coated with conductive metal. 
The external covers, shafts, and screws come in two types: stainless steel type and electrostatically-painted type. The minimal dust emission compliant with clean room class 100 (0.3µm) is achieved by vacuuming the inside of the robot.

 

Labyrinth Mechanism

 

The special labyrinth mechanism for the work table and guides prevents foreign objects (e.g. screws, fluids, etc.) from entering inside the robot. Protective coverings are no longer necessary.

Interface

 

The JR2000N Series comes equipped with the teaching pendant connector (RS422C) and PC connector (RS232C) as standard equipment. Various external devices (e.g. CCD camera, sensors, etc.) can be connected using two optional RS232C ports. Also, the standard 17 inputs and 16 outputs can be increased up to 25 inputs and 24 outputs if optional terminals are added.

 

Smooth Movement

 

The micro-step control minimizes vibration and delivers smooth movement.

 

Large and Clear View Teaching Pendant Screen

 

The teaching pendant has a large, easy-to-see LCD screen,
Large and Clear View Teaching Pendant Screenon which the display language can easily be switched between English, German, Italian, Spanish, French, Korean, Chinese, and Japanese. The coordinate values can also be displayed in millimeters or inches.

 

Simple Teaching & Customizing Function

 

The Janome's original software “JR C-Points” ensures simple teaching even for novices. In addition to the standard software, special software is also available for a wide variety of applications such as screw tightening, dispensing, soldering, and CCD camera operations. Condition settings can be customized to suit the varied needs of users using variables, functions, and formulas.

 

Simple Sequencer Function

 

With the built-in simple sequencer and external I/O ports, no additional hardware is necessary.

 

Large Memory Capacity

 

Up to 255 programs (30,000 points) can be stored.
