The Electro
Press can precisely insert a metal bearing into a
workipiece (e.g. in a hydraulic circuit, acting as a plug) by
controlling the travel distance, and load applied to
the stopper. The actual load and position data can also be
output to a PC for quality assurance.
The acceptable quality
range can be set to the following items.
d1: Position where pressure was first
detected d1-d2: Pressing distance dA-dB: Load judgment
start and end positions PA-PB: Load
judging range (PA: lower load limit, PB: upper load
limit)
Guide Roller Assembly
Select the "set stop position" mode to maintain
the distance (L) between the two flanges, which allows the guide
roller to rotate smoothly. Then, set the "sensor
load-at end" to control the press-in force. The functional quality
(roller rotation and flange fixation) of the guide
roller can thus be ensured.
Securing Adhesive
The Electro Press can apply a constant pressure for a
user-defined time to ensure that the materials are bonded
with proper strength. This may also be used in conjunction with
ultrasonic adhesion.
Clamping Motor in Aluminum Housing
The edge of an
aluminum housing can be bent inward to secure a motor. Pressure
can precisely be controlled to prevent damage or strain to
the motor.
