Flexible Overhead Positioning System
The flexible overhead
positioning system allows you to handle workpieces of
any weight. Tooling is suspended above the workpiece and can shift
in all directions while the workpiece is fixed bellow. This makes
the JSG Series the right choice for users
that handle heavy workpieces in their operation, such as
automobile engine production.
Ideal for Fully Automated Systems
The small footprint
and structure, where all the mechanisms are mounted
on top of the base, enable the JSG Series to be
installed in varied production lines including fully automatic
systems. The JSG Series comes equipped with a 14-pin
connector and 4 pneumatic pass through to attach a variety of
application tools. Installing a 3- or 4-axis
JSG gantry robot in fully automated systems is much
easier than installing 3 or 4 linear actuators, which
require complicated adjustments between the axes for
installation. The JSG Series can meet diverse needs of production
lines.

The JSG has a top-class repeatability
of ± 0.015mm.
Simple Teaching
The Janome's original interactive programming
software JR C-Points ensures simple teaching. The teaching
method of the JSG Series is common to other Janome's
desktop robots.
