Features

The floor type screw hopper NJ-80 and SR-80 Nejikuras are specifically designed for the Quicher screw feeder. They can hold up to 800cc of screws to supply to the Quicher. By detecting the number of screws in the receptacle of the Quicher, the NJ-80 and SR-80 Nejikuras can automatically refill the Quicher with the optimum number of screws.
(The rotor carries screws to the screw scooping section of the Quicher.)

● Easy to Install

Simply install the Nejikura behind the Quicher. No immobilizing bracket is necessary.

● Increases Work Efficiency

The NJ-80 and SR-80 Nejikuras can hold up to 800cc of screws. They can also supply screws from M1.7 to M1.5 to the Quicher automatically. The Nejikura will help increase work efficiency.

Note:
Having fewer screws in the Quicher receptacle reduces the likelihood of screw clogging and feeding failure, and also increases durability of the unit.

The tower type Nejikura T-510 is also available.
