Features

The tower type screw hopper T-510 Nejikura, which is specifically designed for the Quicher screw feeder, can detect the number of screws in the receptacle of the Quicher and automatically refills the Quicher with the optimum amount of screws.
For use with convayor belt, the T-510 Nejikura is equipped with the timer by which you can adjust the tact time of conveyor belt.

● Space-Saving & Easy to Install

* The image shows Nejikura
placed on the left side of NJ Quicher.

The space-saving tower type T-510 Nejikura
can easily be installed on top of the Quicher.

*The Nejikura can be attached to both right and left sides of the NJ Series Quicher. 

*The Nejikura can be attached only to the right side of the NS Series Quicher.

● Handles Screws from M1.0 to M5.0.

The T-510 Nejikura can automatically supply the screws from M1.0 to M5.0 (the nominal length of up to 18mm) to the Quicher.

● Increases Work Efficiency

The T-510 Nejikura can hold up to 400cc of screws, or 800cc when an auxiliary hopper is used, and automatically supply screws to the Quicher. The T-510 Nejikura will help increase work efficiency. 

Note:
Having fewer screws in the Quicher receptacle reduces the likelihood of screw clogging and feeding failure, and also increases durability of the unit.

● Screw Count Management System

* A connector for the external output.

• The T-510 Nejikura comes equipped with a sensor that detects the number of screws in the hopper, and an output connector sends a signal when the number of screws in the hopper reaches the minimum.
• Connect a light or buzzer to the output connector using the signal cable included in the package.

The floor type NJ-80 and SR-80 Nejikuras are also available.
