Series. The JR2000NERT is a complete PCB depaneling

INTERNEPCON JAPAN at Tokyo Big Sight from January 28 (Wed.)
through 30 (Fri.), 2009. The booth was crowded with a lot of
visitors, especially when the desktop robot
"JR-XⅡ" designed for high precision processing
operation was demonstrated as a reference exhibit.

PRODUCTION SOLUTION FAIR at Tokyo Big Sight from June 18
through 21, 2008. A variety of applications were introduced,
including the demonstrations of a pick-and-place
operation by the SCARA Robot and pressing operation by the
120kN type Electro Press.

 The new 120kN type Electro Press "JPU12004"
joined the Electro Press JP Series 4 lineup. The JPU12004
is a unit type press ideal for in-line automation systems. Two
kinds of installation methods are available: rear
mounting and vertical mounting using the flange.

released. The H-710 features new functions including

The new desktop robot "JR2000NE Series"
was released. The encoder incorporated in the stepping motor
detects position errors caused by collision/obstruction
misalignment. This new position error detection function can
prevent defective items by automatically stopping operation
upon detecting a position error. |

A variety of applications and
new functions were demonstrated, including the deburring
operation by the SCARA robot, screw tightening operation
by the desktop robot, and pressure curve display by the
Electro Press.

can be checked on the LCD display. |

|
 The
pressure curves, which previously could only be checked on a
PC screen, now can be seen on the LCD display on the Electro
Press. You can check pressure curves on the LCD
display during operation, so it is easier to monitor product
quality.

The new unit-flange type
Electro Press JPUF series was released. The
flange attachment on the mount gives you a wider range of
choices in designing your machine or in-line production
system.
JANOME participated in the 35th INTERNEPCON JAPAN,
the Asia’s biggest electronics engineering exhibition, at
Tokyo Big Sight from January 18 through 20, 2006. The
exhibits included the high precision servo press "Electro
Press JP4 Series," the affordable yet high performance
servo press "Electro Press JPE Series," the desktop robot
"JR2000N Series," the clean room type desktop robot
"JR2204NCL," the SCARA robot "JS Series," the gantry robot
"JSG Series," and the vacuum casting machine "HVC7120" for
high viscosity resin materials.
Also, a variety of
applications were demonstrated including the
deburring operation of aluminum die-cast parts by
the SCARA robot, automatic quality checking and
sorting operation by the Electro Press and SCARA
robot, and dispensing operation with the automatic
position correction function by the desktop robot
and gantry robot. The simple and clear exhibits were very well
received by the visitors.
The
JR2000N Desktop Robot equipped with the load measuring device
was released. The load measuring desktop robot can perform
sequential measurement at multiple points, so it is
suitable for one hundred percent inspection of
buttons or switches on mobile phones or keyboards.
Also, a set load can repeatedly be applied to test
durability and intensity. The available loads
are 5N, 20N, 50N and 100N.
Janome released
the industry's first clean room type desktop robot JR2204NCL
(operation range: 200mm x 200mm). The JR2204NCL features
clean class 100 specifications (Federal Standard 209D) and
simple teaching via the Janome original software JR C-Points,
while maintaining the high performance as all the
other models in the JR2000N Series. It
is suitable for dispensing, screw tightening, and
soldering operations that require a high level of
cleanliness.
